Are you looking for a new opportunity to use your Web and Marketing skills to support our business as it continues to grow? As a Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager you will be responsible for optimizing the customer journey and increasing customer acquisition across web and app store platforms for Chase UK. This role works cross‑functionally to identify opportunities to improve conversion, build hypotheses, test at scale, and communicate results to the business.

Job Responsibilities

  • Data analysis and insight generation – Utilize analytical tools and research, qualitative and quantitative, to construct evidence‑based hypotheses for testing.
  • Coordination and deployment of Conversion Rate Optimisation Initiatives – Collaborate with Head of Growth Marketing to plan, deploy, and analyze experimental changes to the website and app store aimed at improving customer conversion rates.
  • Own and manage experiment roadmap – Use commercial understanding and a deep knowledge of business objectives and context to manage a prioritised roadmap of experimentation which is regularly communicated to the business.
  • Performance Monitoring – Monitor and report on page performance metrics across both web and app store platforms, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Product Page & Store Listing Management – Develop and manage custom product pages and store listings across App Store and Google Play, ensuring alignment with acquisition campaigns and strategies.
  • SEO Collaboration – Work closely with the SEO Manager to ensure web and app store pages are indexed highly on search engines and large language models (LLMs). Coordinate web updates and deployment of new content to support SEO objectives.

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience ideating, delivering, and implementing results at pace from web and App Store experiments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with several stakeholders
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website optimisation tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional team environment

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • Experience in CRO or conversion testing
  • Experience with workflow management tools such as JIRA
  • Familiarity with SEO and AIO best practices
  • Experience of working in a highly regulated industry
