We are seeking a highly driven and collaborative Technical Delivery Manager to join JP Morgan on a permanent basis via the Robert Walters Consultancy. The role involves leading the delivery of marketing technology within Chase UK's central Martech team. The ideal candidate will be partnering with cross-functional teams and is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of marketing technology projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and efficient use of resources.
What You'll Do
- Serve as Delivery Lead for Martech squads, accountable for planning, execution, and on-time delivery within agreed scope.
- Collaborate with engineering, data, marketing partners, product managers, and stakeholders to drive Agile delivery, communicate status, risks, and issues.
- Prioritize tasks, manage trade-offs, and ensure features meet customer needs and reach production successfully.
- Track/report performance of marketing technology initiatives; identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Partner with controls/governance teams for compliant solutions; create documentation for marketing use cases and data assessments.
- Foster collaborative, innovative team environment while staying current on relevant technologies and domain trends.
What You Bring
- Experience as a Technical Delivery Manager.
- Strong Agile project management skills, with experience delivering complex projects end-to-end.
- Proven track record collaborating with marketing teams on technology initiatives.
- Experience in financial services preferred; open to other regulated industries.
- Proven leadership of cross-functional teams, with excellent verbal/written communication for stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues effectively.
