Responsibilities
What you\βll do:
- Proactive, advanced diary management
- Client-facing role with responsibility for internal and external client coordination
- End-to-end management of complex travel arrangements (flights, rail, visas, accommodation, ground transport), including frequent last-minute changes and detailed itineraries
- Oversight of business expenses in partnership with offshore teams, including reimbursements and reconciliations
- System expert with strong proficiency in internal platforms, ensuring accurate and efficient data entry across Concur, eSource, Travel Portal, iMeet/iMemo, Concierge, Zoom, OMD, and FTC
- Integral support to the business, with understanding of priorities and expectations
- Coordination of meetings, conference calls, and virtual sessions (Zoom/Telepresence/BlueJeans)
- Collaboration with CIB group to provide backup coverage as required
Qualifications
What You Bring:
- 5 years\β experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry, supporting senior stakeholders with a strong understanding of Investment Banking culture and organisational dynamics.
- Strong professional client handling and relationship-building skills with clear, confident executive-level communication.
- Highly organised with excellent diary management skills, strong judgment, prioritisation, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong technical capability with a proactive, ownership-driven approach, including proven experience managing complex travel with contingency planning and cost awareness.
- Solid understanding of expense management, policy compliance, and cost control
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work onsite five days per week
- Strong team player with the ability to build networks and partner across all levels
- Calm, polished, and effective under pressure; driven, dependable, and capable of leading by example.
