As a Product Manager in the Model Risk Governance and Review (MRGR) Product Team within MRGR COO, you help design and deliver processes and technical solutions that support effective management of Model Risk. You work closely with model risk stakeholders, technology partners, and UX teams to ensure products supporting validation, inventory governance, and reporting are well defined and delivered. You contribute to a global risk organization that helps ensure models are fit for purpose, used appropriately, and understood within their business context.
Job responsibilities
- Drive the product roadmap for key model risk products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation and requirements gathering through development, launch, and optimization.
- Partner with model risk stakeholders to design specifications for governance processes and supporting tooling.
- Collaborate with engineering, UI/UX, operations, compliance, and other cross-functional teams.
- Work closely with technology and UI/UX teams to ensure development is budgeted, prioritized, and delivered effectively.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, communicate product plans and progress, and incorporate feedback into product decisions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product associates.
- Track project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks to support timely delivery.
- Identify and mitigate issues that may impact product development or delivery.
- Present recommendations to address critical dependencies and challenges.
- Provide support to user groups by addressing product questions and resolving issues.
