As a Resolution & Recovery Planning Associate in the International CIB Recovery & Resolution Team, you drive the delivery of key regulatory submissions and initiatives across global regions. You collaborate with stakeholders across the business and functional areas to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality deliverables. You assess new regulatory requirements, lead working group sessions, and provide critical updates to senior management. You help maintain strong controls and best practices, supporting the team's commitment to excellence and innovation. You will have the opportunity to grow your platform and profile as the Resolution & Recovery agenda evolves.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the CIB components of the Firm's Recovery & Resolution Planning agenda.
- Deliver key CIB components of Firmwide and local Resolution & Recovery Plans, collaborating with stakeholders to meet regulatory requirements.
- Formulate responses to local regulatory requests related to Resolution and Recovery planning.
- Coordinate and lead meetings with stakeholders to advance the CIB R&R agenda.
- Collaborate with team members to align intersecting agendas and objectives.
- Record detailed minutes for key working group meetings, including attendees, topics, status updates, and action items.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, presenting materials to senior management through steering committees and forums.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement and developing effective solutions.
- Uphold high standards and best practices across all initiatives.
- Respond to ad hoc information requests from local and US regulators.

- Knowledge of capital and liquidity regulations and frameworks.
- Experience supporting decision-making through data-driven insights.
- Ability to contribute to industry advocacy and policy analysis.
