As a KYC Payments Middle Office Associate/Senior Associate within JPMorgan Chase, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client service and operational support to a diverse portfolio of multinational clients, including leading financial institutions.
Your responsibilities will include supporting the customer due diligence process, addressing client inquiries, and resolving operational issues, while identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery based on client needs.
