What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including location leads, real estate, HR, and finance to design and implement onboarding plans for 180+ hires, ensuring timelines, budgets, and resource needs are met.
- Partner with vendors and regional cohorts to identify potential candidates, manage large‑scale CV collection, and coordinate timely interviews for software engineering, business analysis, and project management roles.
- Serve as the central point of contact for onboarding projects, maintaining regular communication, providing status updates, and disseminating information to key stakeholders across multiple teams and locations.
- Analyze onboarding workflows, seating arrangements, and resource allocation to identify and implement more efficient approaches for large‑scale onboarding initiatives.
- Collect, manipulate, and report onboarding‑related data using Excel and firmwide tools, providing insights and regular updates to stakeholders to track progress and inform decision‑making.
