Drive annual oversight, data analysis, and process improvement in Network Management Operations. Collaborate and deliver impactful results. As a Network Management Operations Senior Associate within JPMorganChase, you will support the due diligence oversight cycle, culminating in the annual Final Assessment Reports (FARs).
Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate tasks to culminate in the issuance of the Final Assessment Report for your section of the annual population.
- Collate and analyze, turning analysis into suggested actions.
- Collaborate to enhance existing processes and applications, introduce new processes and tools, and engage in process re‑engineering to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
- Support user acceptance testing, coordinate and execute test plans, and communicate results for deliverable sign‑off.
- Work independently with minimal direction, keeping management informed and escalating issues as needed.
- Learn about the Network lifecycle and be flexible to help across the wider Network Management Operations team.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities up to senior management level.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
