We are seeking an enthusiastic and hard working individual to join JP Morgan on an initial 3 months contract in Bournemouth to help support the CASS Governance & Oversight Team. We are happy to consider entry level candidates including school leavers, graduates and those looking to start a new career.
The CASS Governance & Oversight team focuses on the design and implementation of the oversight framework for CASS rules requirements within the CIB, ensuring the CIB's Client Asset Oversight Officer (CAOO) and relevant Senior Management Functions (SMFs) are able to deliver on their regulatory responsibilities. The team work closely with Operations, Business and Product Management spanning all lines of business across the In-Scope Legal Entities. In addition, the team partner with Compliance, Audit and Risk.
What You’ll Do
- Support the planning and execution of Resolution Pack (RP) tests, including coordinating test activities, collecting and maintaining complete audit-ready evidence, and documenting results and actions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support ad hoc CASS tasks or projects as needed to drive operational efficiency and regulatory compliance improvements.
- Manage Resolution Pack (RP) testing execution in accordance with CASS 10 rules.
- Maintain and organise CASS evidence and documentation, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and currency per FCA CASS rules.
- Liaise with relevant business areas to offer guidance and feedback on CASS documentation and possible enhancements.
Skills & Experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks to deadlines, with strong attention to detail for audit-ready evidence.
- Excellent written communication for producing clear documentation (procedures, test packs, logs).
- Strong stakeholder management: coordinating across business lines and driving issues to closure.
- Analytical skills to identify exceptions, gaps, or weaknesses.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); financial services experience in operations/governance/compliance, with FCA CASS familiarity (CASS 10 beneficial).
