Job description

As part of the IPB Digital Advisor & Client Solutions Product team, the IPB Digital Client Lifecycle Management Advisor & Client Experience Product Lead is responsible for leading the strategic transformation of the digital client lifecycle management experience for the Global Private Bank. You will own outcomes across the full advisor and client lifecycle journeys, ensuring the end‑to‑end connection of acquisition, onboarding (including source of wealth & due diligence), account opening and funding, ongoing KYC maintenance & reviews (including suitability, eligibility, etc.) to support continuous relationship deepening, retention, and seamless exit if required.

Through partnership with the business, advisors, senior leaders, designers, and technologists, the Product Manager will shape the digital product strategy and align priorities to ensure we're solving our user's biggest problems. As a Product Lead, you will be responsible for the product vision and strategies to come up with effective solutions to problems that are valuable, viable, usable and feasible.

You will partner across regions and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle to ensure business needs are met. You will be required to quickly learn the constraints of our business from Data, Technology, Trading, Finance, Operations, Legal, Compliance and Privacy, as well as others, to succeed.

The successful Product Manager must also contribute a deep knowledge of our users and the data about how they engage with our products, coupled with tracking of industry trends, future technology and the competitive landscape to provide wholesale Product expertise to the business.

Core Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the digital strategy, operating model, and roadmap to transform client and advisor journeys across the entire client lifecycle within the Private Bank.
  • Own and drive the digital product roadmap to deliver seamless, intuitive, and differentiated experiences for both clients and advisors—from onboarding and engagement to ongoing relationship management and retention—leveraging the latest in digital innovation.
  • Partner closely with developers, technology teams, and UX designers to ensure every feature enhances the end‑to‑end digital journey and meets business and control requirements.
  • Embody true “customer‑obsession”, lead & drive product incubations to elevate the client and internal experience.
  • Be a subject matter expert & educate leadership, present findings and influence stakeholders.
  • Gather, organize, and assimilate internal needs and external initiatives to identify and prioritize opportunities for IPB.
  • Invest in a deep understanding of the business opportunity, advisor & client needs and competitive landscape to inform which initiatives and features to pursue.
  • Lead the product development lifecycle by defining requirements, ensuring sprint inputs and outputs are as envisioned, and providing direction and smart trade‑off decisions for the scrum team.
  • Collaborate with other product and requirement owners and designers to deliver end‑to‑end product and experience.
  • Define and track KPIs that measure the success and impact of digital client and advisor journeys across the lifecycle, using both quantitative and qualitative data.

Necessary Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in technology, product management, or digital transformation, ideally with exposure to financial services, wealth management, asset management, or digital banking.
  • Extensive leadership experience managing product delivery across multiple work streams with varying timelines, priorities, and complexities, launching new or enhanced digital products.
  • Strong understanding of technology capabilities and trends, with the ability to translate them into innovative and feasible digital solutions for clients and advisors.
  • Analytical and data‑driven – track record of utilizing data to measure performance, identify opportunities, and make successful decisions.
  • Proven ability to execute via successful internal partnerships with other organizations.
