Overview

2026 Spring into Software Engineering at JPMorgan Chase. This immersive experience provides insight into our Technology teams, inclusive culture, and the chance to apply skills through a collaborative team activity. As a participant, you will learn what it’s like to work in our business and hear firsthand about the responsibilities and workdays of roles from junior software engineers to Managing Directors. During the week, you’ll discover our commitment to communities and employees and how we innovate to meet their needs. The program includes interactive sessions and time to network with peers and business leaders.

Event responsibilities

  • Focus on getting to know Software Engineers at JPMorgan Chase through deep dives into teams and their work
  • Participate in panel sessions exploring the daily work of analysts and associates and interactive Q&A
  • Join technical workshops and learning opportunities

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • A student expecting to graduate in 2028 (we welcome applicants from computer science or related courses)
  • Demonstrated communication skills (verbal and written), self-motivation and a passion for working in technology
