Over the course of this immersive experience you will gain an in-depth insight into our Technology teams, experience our inclusive culture and get the chance to put your skills and learning into practice through a collaborative team activity.

As a participant in the Spring into Software Engineering programme, you will find out what it9s like to work in our business and hear first-hand about the responsibilities and workdays of everyone from junior software engineers to Managing Directors. During the week, you9ll discover just how deep our commitment is to our communities and employees, and how we9re constantly innovating to meet their needs. We9ll also help you improve your skills with interactive sessions, and give you time to network with each other and our business leaders.

Event responsibilities

  • Focus on getting to know Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase through deep dives into our teams and their work
  • Participate in panel sessions exploring the daily work of analysts and associates and interactive Q&A
  • Join in technical workshops and learning opportunities

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • A student expecting to graduate in 2028 (We welcome applicants from computer science or related courses)
  • Demonstrated communication skills (verbal and written), self-motivation and a passion for working in technology.
