As a J.

Licks Supervisor you are part of the management team and will assist in managing the overall operations of the store.

You will supervise the team to ensure that customers are provided with excellent service and quality products while training and developing.

You will go through a comprehensive training program to be sure you are ready to take on your responsibilities.

Requirements to be considered

  • 1+ years experience in a supervisory or similar type of position
  • 18+ years old
  • Availability that meets the needs of the store
  • Part time 15-25 hours/week.

Must be available to work at least 2 peak days(Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and must be available to work during busy hours on those peak days (7PM until closing)

  • Don’t wait to be told what to do. Practice flexible and proactive problem-solving.
  • Utilize all operational tools in order to run shifts that are smooth, set up for the next shift, provide exceptional customer service, training and development is ongoing, projects are completed, store cleanliness is maintained, and company funds are managed properly.
  • Serve as a role model by acting in a consistent, fair, enthusiastic manner; remaining accessible and demonstrating confidence in other’s abilities

  • Ensure that product quality is excellent. This includes everything from checking in an order, rotating product, no expired product, proper portioning, and proper handling.
  • Train staff to standards and expectations, hold accountable for adhering to them and develop from within. Timely and effective review process with continual feedback.
  • Make shift adjustments to schedule to properly manage the business.
  • Challenge self to continually learn and push expectations and accountability
  • Ensure that company funds are being utilized properly and within company guidelines
