OverviewThe Assistant Merchandiser will support the Merchandiser to plan and deliver profitable, customer focused ranges across Boden Womenswear.
What You Will Do- Collate and analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Participate in range planning meetings, confidently understanding KPIs.
- Forecast line cards for key production lines, making recommendations.
- Generate size ratios based on regular analysis and analyse market trends.
- Oversee the Purchase Order Management and approval process.
- Review and monitor intake against monthly stock targets.
- Lead weekly intake meetings.
- Support the monthly WSSI process, ensuring OTB sheet is updated.
- Propose markdown options and depths to clear stock profitably.
- Create and review Monday Trade packs and present in trade meetings.
- Drive trade by identifying risks and opportunities.
- Passionate about a career in merchandising.
- Experience as a Merchandising Admin Assistant.
- Experience in proactively managing workload, prioritising, and delegating.
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Highly analytical with attention to detail.
- Help coach and mentor direct line reports and provide support to more junior members of the team.
- Experience of being part of a team and working in a busy environment.
- Experience of working cross functionally.
