Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Creative team, reporting to the Creative Design Lead. You’ll craft standout design across online features, emails, catalogue pages, PR pieces, and digital site assets — creating work that inspires both new and existing customers.
With strong experience across both print and digital, you’ll bring excellent typography, confident layout skills, and the ability to maintain a consistent, recognisable brand look and feel across all channels.
This role will play a key part in evolving our creative strategy to be digital-first, elevating the Boden brand through thoughtful concepting, storytelling, and best-in-class design. You’ll be tuned into cultural, digital, and fashion trends and confident collaborating across teams to deliver work that brings our collections and campaigns to life.
Location: 3 days per week at our North Acton office & 2 days WFH
**Please include your up-to-date portfolio when applying – applications without one cannot be considered.**

Create engaging, best-practice content across digital platforms.
Put the customer at the heart of every design decision.
Present creative ideas confidently to stakeholders across the business.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to push creative boundaries.
Ensure copy, content, and design align seamlessly.
Use knowledge of upcoming collections to shape creative direction.
Stay aware of industry and platform-specific trends, ensuring our content feels fresh and relevant.
Our Behaviours
