We are Boden.This position is part of our TALENT POOL programme for future AM vacancies (of which we frequently hire) and is not an active role.**Overview**The Assistant Merchandiser will support the Merchandiser to plan and deliver profitable, customer focused ranges across Boden Womenswear.**What You Will Do*** Collate and analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.* Participate in range planning meetings, confidently understanding KPIs.* Forecast line cards for key production lines, making recommendations.* Generate size ratios based on regular analysis.* Analyse market trends based on regular analysis.* Oversee the Purchase Order Management and approval process.* Review and monitor intake against monthly stock targets.* Lead weekly intake meetings.* Support the monthly WSSI process, ensuring OTB sheet is updated.* Propose markdown options and depths to clear stock profitably* Create and review Monday Trade packs and present in trade meetings.* Drive trade by identifying risks and opportunities.**What We Are Looking For*** Passionate about a career in merchandising.* Experience as a Merchandising Admin Assistant.* Experience in proactively managing workload, prioritising, and delegating.* Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.* Highly analytical with attention to detail.* Help coach and mentor direct line reports and provide support to more junior members of the team.* Experience of being part of a team and working in a busy environment.* Experience of working cross functionally.* Clear communication skills.* Good problem-solving skills.* Great time management.* Ability to multitask.* Ability to work independently.**What We Offer*** Competitive salary & targeted annual bonus scheme.* Generous Boden clothing allowance!* 30% discount on all current clothing ranges.* 25 days Holiday annually, plus Bank Holidays.* Online Portal with an array of discounts on retail & entertainment.* Virtual GP Service for you and your household!* Free onsite parking and subsidised café.We want Boden to be the place everyone wants to work.
