Overview
We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Product Sourcing Manager to take ownership of our global supplier strategy and ensure Boden has the right supply base to deliver exceptional products to our customers.
Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this is a pivotal role where you’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on supplier management, balancing cost, quality, and lead times — all while championing sustainability and compliance.
The role is based at our North Acton Office, three days a week when not travelling internationally. Regular overseas trips will be required to strengthen supplier partnerships, identify new opportunities, and drive long-term business growth.
What You Will Do

Develop and execute sourcing strategies to diversify our supply base, reducing dependency on China and mitigating tariff risks.

Expand and adapt the supply base to support growth in the US market.

Strengthen relationships with existing suppliers to improve lead times, quality, and overall service.

Negotiate competitive cost prices and favourable commercial terms for Boden.

Partner closely with Buying, Design, and Garment Technology teams to ensure suppliers meet our brand standards for product, quality, and make.

Collaborate with our Fabric and Sustainability teams to ensure supplier compliance with all ethical, environmental, and operational requirements.

Identify, assess, and onboard new suppliers where needed to support our product vision.

Prepare and present seasonal supplier strategies to support commercial objectives.
What We Are Looking For

Extensive experience in apparel production and global sourcing.

Proven ability to manage and build international supplier relationships.

Skilled negotiator with experience in payment terms, cost prices, and full commercial agreements.

Knowledge of the global fashion and apparel landscape, including key sourcing markets and trends.

Ability to work at pace, adapt to change, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.

Confident in both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.

Experience in identifying and developing new supplier relationships.

Strong collaboration skills — able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
