As a Merchandising Admin Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our Product team. You'll help manage purchase orders, maintain data accuracy across systems, and ensure our ranges are delivered smoothly and on time. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone passionate about starting or developing a career in merchandising.
Location: 3-4 days per week at our North Acton office, the rest WFH.
What You Will Do:
- Managing the purchase order process, ensuring timely approvals and updates
- Monitoring stock intake and flagging variances against plans
- Producing weekly stock availability reports
- Supporting Monday trade meetings with accurate and timely data
- Maintain high data integrity across multiple internal systems, acting as a key guardian of product accuracy
