Overview

We are seeking a culturally attuned, visually instinctive Brand Creative Concept Designer to support the development of seasonal brand concepts and campaign narratives across all touch points. Reporting into the Head of Creative Concept, this role sits at the centre of the ideation process — helping to shape and articulate the creative direction that defines each season. You will translate inspiration into clear, compelling narratives that inform campaigns, content, retail environments and brand storytelling. You will be highly organised, creatively curious and detail-driven, with a strong aesthetic sensibility and a deep understanding of contemporary fashion culture.

Location: 3 days per week at our North Acton office, with the remaining days WFH.

What You Will Do

  • Support the development of seasonal concepts and overarching brand narratives
  • Research cultural, artistic and fashion references to inform creative direction
  • Build mood boards, visual research decks and presentation materials
  • Translate trends and insights into clear, visually compelling outputs
  • Help apply seasonal concepts across campaigns, content and retail touchpoints
  • Support pre-production for shoots, including casting, location and prop research
  • Ensure consistency across all brand outputs and executions
  • Conduct research into cultural, consumer and fashion trends
  • Analyse catwalks, competitors and wider cultural signals to identify emerging trends
  • Develop seasonal trend reports across colour, print, silhouette and fabric
  • Translate global trends into direction that aligns with the brand
  • Maintain organised archives of visual research and past campaigns
  • Support timelines and presentation development for stakeholders
  • Collaborate with design, buying and marketing teams to align creative and commercial direction

About You

  • Degree-level qualification in a fashion-related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience shaping trends or creative direction within a fashion or cultural environment
  • Strong visual eye and instinct for premium brand positioning
  • Confident using Adobe Creative Suite and presentation tools
  • Deep interest in fashion, art, photography and culture
  • A natural storyteller with the ability to translate ideas into clear narratives
