The Paid Media Executive reports to the Senior Paid Search Manager and assists in executing the Paid Search strategy across Boden’s core markets (UK, US, Germany) and emerging global markets. This role covers all Google surfaces – Search, Shopping, and YouTube – linking data and creativity. The successful candidate will build, optimise, and analyse campaigns while shaping the YouTube strategy and collaborating with internal teams to iterate high-performing ad concepts.
Location: 3 days per week at our North Acton office, 2 days remote.
What You Will Do
- Day‑to‑day execution of Paid Media, including creative optimisation, copy testing, audience optimisation, and channel reporting.
- Deliver weekly reporting that provides actionable insights and next steps.
- Assist the Paid Media Manager in creating insight feedback loops with Product and Creative departments.
- Identify opportunities to scale Google through a rigorous testing framework.
- Collaborate with Brand, Product, Analytics, Finance, and IT stakeholders to optimise Paid Search performance.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience managing Paid Search campaigns, brand or agency side.
- Hands‑on experience with Google Ad Manager; experience with other marketing platforms is a plus.
- Analytical mindset comfortable navigating data to find trends and using Excel/Google Sheets.
