Overview

This Accounts Receivable and Treasury Administrator position sits within our busy Finance team reporting to the Financial Controller for transactional finance. While Boden is a very successful online retailer, 10% of our turnover is derived from our valued B2B partnerships. The successful applicant will play an essential part in achieving our goal of optimising cash holdings through timely invoicing and cash collection for our B2B partnerships and good treasury practice.

Location: 3 days per week based at our North Acton Office, the rest WFH.

What You Will Do

  • To complete sales invoicing and receipt allocations to agreed deadlines.
  • To review debtors balances, take actions to collect overdue amounts and resolve queries so we maintain a clean aged debtors report.
  • To learn our daily cash tracking process and provide back up for this as required.
  • To participate in the treasury function, assisting in optimizing interest earning earnings.
  • To actively participate in our continual process improvement program.

What We Are Looking For/ Role Opportunities

  • In depth experience of all aspects of a B2B accounts receivable function.
  • Prior experience within a similar position.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • An accountancy qualification such as AAT would be advantageous.
  • An individual who’s adaptable, keen to learn with an interest in finance and treasury will do well in this role.
  • Strong organisation, time management and detailed focus skills.
