Overview

Support the Merchandising team in planning and delivering ‘best of Boden’ ranges in Partnerships: ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time.

Location

3-4 days per week based at our North Acton Office.

What You Will Do

  • Ensure PLM is up to date with correct bought quantities, aligned with Childrenswear and Womenswear planners.
  • Support Monday trading by refreshing pivots and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Understand best sellers and key demand drivers.
  • Allocate initial stock packages according to plans and review replenishment parameters with Assistant Merchandiser to optimize demand and reduce risks.
  • Reserve stocks ahead of season launch, review in-season to react to trade, and release when appropriate for FP sales.
  • Discontinue lines approaching end-of-life, markdown slow sellers, and control terminal stock levels.
  • Chair weekly allocation meetings, flagging lateness and delivery issues impacting launch and availability.
  • Support the use of S5 Hind-sighting for Partner and Direct alignment.
  • Use Thoughtspot, S5, and store portals to export information.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure process alignment and efficiency.
  • Control stock levels as an A&R expert to ensure right stock, in the right place, at the right time.
