JN Technical is recruiting an experienced
Quantity Surveyor
for a leading
UK structural steel fabricator , managing
multi-million-pound steelwork packages
from tender to final account. This role offers
remote working with occasional office/site visits .
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage
bills of quantities and cost plans.
Oversee
cost control, risk management, and contract administration .
Produce progress reports, valuations and final accounts.
Ensure compliance with contracts (JCT/NEC) .
Skills & Qualifications
3+ years experience
in construction, ideally structural steel.
Strong knowledge of
JCT/NEC contracts
and cost reporting.
HND/Degree preferred;
RICS membership
desirable.
Excellent commercial and communication skills.
