A day in the life of a Murphy Senior Bid Manager:
- Compilation of PQQ Documents.
- Compilation of Tender Deliverables.
- Manage the implementation of the Murphy work winning processes, procedures, and toolkits.
- Development and implementation of win strategies.
- Review the scope definition within the PQQ or tender documents and produce a detailed launch pack for delivery to the PQQ/Tender teams.
- Development and implementation of bid programmes.
- Mobilisation and motivation of the allocated PQQ/tender team resources.
- Review alternative proposals or re-engineer the client's specifications and design.
- Manage all client dialogue.
- Develop and compile presentations for both internal and external audiences.
- Manage portal uploads and all clarifications.
- Ensure all actions are completed ahead of PQQ/Tenders being submitted.
- Update and maintain CRM entries.
