Murphy is recruiting for an Electrical Supervisor to work across the Energy and Infrastructure Sectors to support current frameworks and new opportunities.

What your day will include:

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices project requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant Health & Safety Requirements and Electrical Safety Rules.
  • Oversee testing and partial commissioning of electrical and control systems prior to handover.
  • Coordinate between engineering disciplines, ensuring seamless collaboration between mechanical, civil, and EC&I teams.
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Participate in project planning, risk management, and change control.
  • Maintain Murphy project quality controls to help us always deliver.
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to apprentices and junior graduates.

What we need from you:

  • SSSTS / SMSTS
  • J.I.B Approved Installation Electrician
  • 2391 testing and inspection
  • ATEX Inspections
  • CompEx EX01 - 04 certification
  • Strong team player with the ability to build solid working relationships across the team.
  • Flexibility to travel and stay away from home.
  • UK driving licence.
  • EUSR SCO 1&2 desirable not essential.
