What's in Store for you: As a Groundwork Supervisor you will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating groundworks activities on our project.

What your day will include:

  • Supervising and leading groundworks teams to ensure works are completed on time.
  • Conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance and safety standards are being met.
  • Monitoring equipment usage and maintenance to optimise productivity.
  • Providing on-site leadership, guidance and support to the groundworks crew.

What we need from you:

  • SSSTS / SMSTS
  • Previous experience supervising Groundworks projects
  • In-depth knowledge of groundwork processes and techniques
  • Experience of working within energy sector would be an advantage.
  • Strong communicator
  • Strong team player with the ability to build solid working relationships across the team.
  • Flexibility to travel and stay away from home.
  • UK driving licence
