Set the standard for stakeholder engagement, governance, and communication across the framework. Develop and implement stakeholder, social value, communications, and sustainability strategies that support project and business objectives. Identify risks, issues, and opportunities, ensuring they are managed proactively and resolved in a controlled and timely manner. Ensure stakeholder and governance activities are aligned with project programmes, key milestones, and delivery objectives. Provide leadership and line management to the Social Value, Stakeholder Engagement, Communications, and Sustainability teams. Build and maintain effective client, community, and stakeholder relationships, fostering collaboration and trust throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure appropriate governance arrangements, engagement plans, and reporting structures are in place to support successful framework delivery. Drive alignment between project teams, clients, regulators, and external stakeholders to facilitate efficient decision-making and project progression. Experience working on complex, multi-disciplinary projects within a matrix environment, successfully delivering against programme, cost, and quality objectives. Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organisational levels.
