What your day will look like:
- Manage on-site resources including plant, machinery, and materials, to optimise productivity and project efficiency.
- Oversee multiple workstreams across various sectors, Earthwork / Drainage & Civil operations, applying best practices and maintaining compliance with environmental and safety standards.
- Coordinate effectively with subcontractors and internal teams to maintain workflow and meet project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Health & Safety Requirements.
- Site briefings, risk assessments.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Maintain Murphy project quality controls to help us always deliver.
- Maintain rigorous quality control and deliver work to the highest specification, ensuring project success from start to finish.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Experience on large infrastructure projects - Utilities.
- CSCSSSSTS / SMSTS Card holder.
- Street works.
- Strong communicator.
- Strong collaborator with the ability to build solid working relationships across the team.
- Flexibility to travel and stay away from home.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and Microsoft suites, in particular Microsoft Excel.
- Full UK driving licence.
