Overview

(Senior) Legal Counsel

Do you want to work for a rapidly expanding international FinTech?

You will be working for a hugely exciting start-up which is at the cutting edge of market trends and innovations.

Role and responsibilities

You will undertake a diverse and broad role, principally focusing on a wide range of commercial contracts and ad hoc issues facing the legal team as they arise. You will report directly into the London-based Global General Counsel and will be given significant autonomy to manage your own matters from the outset. You will have direct exposure to stakeholders at all levels within the business. This is a hybrid role with the option to undertake elements of remote/home working.

Requirements

  • You will have prior experience working within the FinTech/Tech/IT-related industries.
  • You will either be a qualified Solicitor or qualified as a Lawyer in another Common Law jurisdiction.
  • Some prior in-house experience would be advantageous.
