(Senior) Commercial Legal Counsel

Do you want to work on a wide range of branding and content creation related matters for a leading international organisation?

Client

You will be working for a high profile and extremely successful global brand.

Role

You will undertake a richly diverse and varied role, working principally on a wide range of commercial contracts and additional ad hoc day to day legal issues as and when they arise.

You will be given significant amounts of autonomy to run with your own matters from the off. You will have direct exposure to all levels of stakeholders from within the business.

You will be rewarded with a highly attractive remuneration package.

You will be able to undertake elements of remote/home working in this hybrid role. The organisation has a range of international offices including in central London.

You

You will have significant prior experience working on a wide range of commercial contracts. You will be either a qualified Solicitor or qualified as a Lawyer in another Common Law jurisdiction. Some prior in-house experience would be advantageous.
