Legal Counsel – mixed commercial contracts and litigation/contentious role
Client
You will be joining a Top 10 global business services group.
Role
This is a brand newly created position within the legal team as a result of sustained success and expansion.
You will undertake a hugely diverse and extremely varied legal remit, including drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and advising on various wider day-to-day issues facing the legal team, including litigation.
You will be rewarded with a highly attractive remuneration package.
You will be able to undertake this role wholly remotely/flexibly/from home should you wish. The organisation has various offices located throughout the UK.

You will be a qualified lawyer (open to jurisdiction of qualification) with approximately 3-10 years’ PQE. You will have some prior commercial contracting and litigation-related experience.
