The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.
You will be working for a high profile and rapidly scaling UK headquartered organisation in the construction industry.
You will join as the company's 1st permanent in-house legal hire and you will undertake a richly diverse and varied role, working on a wide range of commercial contracts, internal policies and procedures, privacy work, HR matters, etc. You will be given significant autonomy to develop and scale the in-house legal function from the off. You will work extremely closely with the CEO. You will be rewarded with a highly competitive remuneration package. This will be a part-time position of approximately 3 days per week (with some potential flexibility). You will be able to undertake this role mostly remotely/from home should you so wish. The company has its HQ on the Essex/London borders.
Responsibilities- Undertake a richly diverse and varied in-house legal role including commercial contracts, internal policies and procedures, privacy work, and HR matters.
- Develop and scale the in-house legal function with significant autonomy.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to support business objectives.
- You will be a qualified Lawyer with a range of prior relevant legal experiences. In-house experience is not mandatory.
