Central London based Patent & Trademark firm! £40-45,000, plus excellent benefits and flexible working (2 days in office, 3 days WFH, and flexi-hours!) This leading Patent & Trademark law firm, consistently recognised for its excellence, is seeking an experienced Patent Secretary to apply their skills & knowledge in assisting a team of lawyers, including a Partner, in the day to day running of their business.
You will have at least 3 years experience gained as a Secretary/PA in a London based Patent & Trademark firm, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, inc. Word, Outlook & Teams.
Main responsibilities:- Undertake all typing and administrative tasks associated with supporting the Partner and team.
- Maintain the diary in conjunction with the Partner.
- Preparation of invoices to be sent to the client.
- Take instructions and deal with clients' enquiries on the telephone.
