Legal PA/EA - up to £47,000 - Residential Property - Upmarket Law Firm Central London!
One of the friendliest, family oriented law firms in central London is seeking an experienced Senior PA, who has previous experience supporting at Partner level as this role will be supporting the Head of Residential team and one other Partner. You will possess strong current, recent experience of working in a residential property department of a reputable law firm.
An example of duties would be to take full ownership of diaries, arrange travel requirements, demonstrate commercial and financial management understanding, by handling complex compliance and billing matters and coordinate the billing process on behalf of the partners, arrange regular catch ups with each partner to review their diary and commitments, to ensure that a good understanding of partners clients and priorities is developed to help the partners make the best use of their time.
You will also liaise with the Marketing & Business Development team and key contacts, proactively coordinating Business Development activities, playing a key role in the organisation of events, seminars & conferences for the team.
