London | Hybrid 3:2 | Up to £62,000We are seeking an experienced PA Team Leader to join a leading global law firm in London, supporting a busy Disputes division.
This is a varied role combining senior PA support, team leadership and legal operations.
You will lead and develop a team of administrative professionals while acting as a key point of contact for senior Partners and wider business services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive PA and diary management support to senior Partners.
- Lead, coach and develop the PA/Legal Operations team.
- Manage workloads, resource planning, holiday cover and team performance.
- Coordinate meetings, onboarding/offboarding and departmental activities.
- Build strong relationships with Partners, fee earners and business services.
- Promote compliance and ensure processes and procedures are followed.
- Support operational improvements and wider Legal Operations initiatives.
About You
- Previous experience in a senior PA, administrative or legal support role.
- Experience managing or supervising a team.
- Excellent organisational, communication and prioritisation skills.
- Confident working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong IT skills and an adaptable, proactive approach.
- Ideally, experience within a law firm or professional services environment.
