An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a first‑class Legal PA to join a highly regarded International Construction team, which is part of the wider Dispute Resolution department. This is a pivotal role supporting two Partners and the wider team, working on complex, high‑value international construction and engineering disputes across multiple jurisdictions.
What the Role Involves:
- Complex diary, inbox and email management for Partners, including prioritisation in a deadline‑driven environment
- Extensive international travel coordination, including visas, itineraries, expenses and trip reporting
- End‑to‑end matter management support, including client onboarding (KYC), billing, Elite 3E reporting and financial administration
- Preparation and production of high‑quality legal documentation, bundles (electronic and hard copy), hyperlinked schedules and court‑ready materials
- Acting as a key liaison point for clients, Counsel, experts, arbitrators and internal stakeholders, as well as supporting BD initiatives and events
What They're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Legal PA within a high‑performing law firm (Dispute Resolution or Construction experience highly desirable)
- A track record of supporting senior fee earners, including Partners, in a client‑facing, pressurised environment
- Outstanding organisation, attention to detail and document production skills
- A proactive, robust and solutions‑focused mindset with the confidence to manage demanding stakeholders
- Strong systems capability (MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Elite 3E, iManage/FileSite and related platforms advantageous
