Junior Legal PA - Real Estate Finance | c£50k | Office Based
We're recruiting for a leading international law firm seeking a Junior Legal PA to join its busy Real Estate Finance team.Supporting a team of 14 Fee Earners, including Partners, alongside another Legal PA, this is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a high-performing legal environment.
The role includes:
- Supporting Partners and Fee Earners with day-to-day PA duties
- Diary and travel management
- Document production, formatting and proofreading
- Managing client and matter administration
- Assisting with billing, expenses and new business processes
- Coordinating meetings, visitors and events
- Maintaining electronic files and legal documents
- Working closely with the wider support team
Location & working hours
- 5 days office based
- 9:30am - 5:30pm
