We’re recruiting a proactive and highly organised Junior Legal PA to join a busy Corporate team supporting senior fee earners within a prestigious international law firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous professional services or legal support experience who thrives in a collaborative, high‑performing environment.
You’ll play a key role in keeping the team running smoothly, managing diaries, coordinating meetings and travel, handling billing and expenses, and providing first‑class administrative support day to day.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing busy diaries and scheduling meetings
- Coordinating travel, accommodation and itineraries
- Preparing documents, correspondence and presentations
- Processing expenses, timesheets and billing
- Supporting with client communication and inbox management
- Liaising with internal teams including Reception and Operations
- Providing proactive day‑to‑day support to senior stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
- Previous Legal PA, Team Assistant or Executive Assistant experience
- Experience within a law firm or professional services environment preferred
