Our client is seeking an exceptional Legal PA to support leading attorneys within one of the most dynamic, fastest‐growing litigation firms in London. What the role entails
- Producing, proofreading and formatting high‐quality legal documents, correspondence and presentations with absolute accuracy.
- Managing busy attorney calendars, extensive travel schedules, and coordinating meetings, events and client arrangements.
- Running efficient administrative workflows - from time entry and billing coordination to database updates, filing, archiving and confidential records management.
- Acting as a trusted gatekeeper: handling calls, monitoring email as needed, and staying ahead of shifting priorities.
- Providing flexible support across the office - reception cover, hearing prep, BD admin, bundling assistance and occasional evening/weekend work.

- 2+ years’ law firm experience (litigation exposure is a bonus).
- Someone tech‐confident with strong MS Office and document management skills, and a knack for using technology to work smarter.
