Our client is seeking a Business Services Personal Assistant to provide dynamic, high-level support to their Directors and C-Suite executives in London. In this role, you will be the organisational heartbeat of the Business Services team, managing complex diaries, global travel, and high-profile meetings while ensuring excellence in every detail. You will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, where initiative and professionalism shine.
What You’ll Do
- Provide first-class PA support to senior leaders and directors.
- Manage complex diaries, travel, and meetings with absolute precision.
- Oversee email and correspondence management with a sharp eye for detail.
- Coordinate international travel and create detailed itineraries.
- Draft, proofread, and prepare confidential documentation.
- Support team events, offsites, and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Delegate tasks and mentor the Administrative Assistant to ensure seamless delivery.
- Be a key part of a supportive, high-performing PA team.
