A rare opportunity has opened up with a well-regarded London law firm, known for its strong culture, high-quality work and genuine respect for senior support. I am looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their Disputes department, supporting at senior level in a role that is fast-paced, visible and genuinely valued.
The Role
- Heavy diary and inbox management for senior fee earners
- Coordinating complex meetings, hearings and deadlines
- Business Development organisation - pitches, events and client activity
- Managing correspondence, documents and confidential material
- Acting as a trusted right hand within a busy litigation practice
