Seeking a Senior Legal PA to join the Private Equity Practice Group in the London office. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a proactive and experienced bilingual (English/French) Senior Legal Secretary / PA to become part of a skilled and collaborative team at one of the world's leading law firms.
The role will provide high quality secretarial and administrative support to two Partners, Counsel, Associates and Trainee Solicitors, as well as working closely with other secretaries and business support professionals.
- Language Skills: Fluent in reading, writing and speaking French and English
- Experience: At least five years previous experience of supporting at partner level or equivalent in a corporate, legal or banking environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) applications is required as there will be cover for others in the Private Equity team.
