US Law firm based in fantastic offices with amazing views of the City. The Partner deals with UK and EU Technology and Trade Regulatory teams but is also the Global co-chair of the firm's Privacy, Data Protection & Cyber-Security team.
DUTIES:
- Full diary management
- Extensive travel arrangements and producing travel itineraries
- Opening and closing files / matters
- Amending lengthy documentation
- Email management
- Producing expense reports
- Preparing visual diagrams and PowerPoint presentations
- Billing
- Drafting agreements, engagement letters
- Obtaining KYC documentation
- Production of CD bibles
- Production and printing of client documents and bundles as required
- Organising and maintaining training records for the team.
This role will be working alongside a small team of really supportive and friendly PAs who have all joined from huge Global law firms. LEGAL PA SECRETARIAL EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL £58,000 + Hybrid working
