My client is seeking a highly skilled Legal PA / Team Leader to support 2 tax Partners and coordinate the 6 PA’s in the department. You will need some experience of managing PAs.
Duties include:
- Full calendar/diary management
- Inbox management
- Day to day coordination of PAs in the department
- Planning/overseeing logistics of new starters
- Assist with recruitment requirements
- Billing
- Arranging meetings
- Resource/performance management
- Assist with BD/marketing
Experience required:
- 5 years as a Legal Secretary/PA with some coordinating experience
