This incredibly likeable UK firm are looking to recruit a Legal Secretary/PA in their unique Art & Luxury team.
Salary: up to £50,000
Duration: initial 6 month contract
Location: City of London
Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 from home

Working alongside two others, this Legal Secretary/PA role will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of the team, supporting a range of fee earners including a Partner in a variety of duties. Based in beautiful modern offices, this firm's culture is widely recognised as one of the best in the City. Their market leading Art & Luxury team advise a range of clients from artists, private collectors and international galleries to museums, lenders and art fairs dealing with assets that involve classic cars, musical instruments, jewellery, wine, watches and more.
Duties will include:
- Supporting the preparation and management of legal documents, BD and promotional materials, presentations, and correspondence
- Efficient diary management for fee earners, including arranging meetings and appointments, in-person or video calls
- Organising travel arrangements for business trips, in the UK and abroad
- Communicating with clients and other stakeholders, offering administrative and case-related support
- Opening, maintaining and organising team files to ensure information is easily accessible
- Liaise with the firm's AML team to open new matters
- Supporting the teams BD initiatives where possible, including updating the CRM with client information and activity
- Coordinate the billing process for fee-earners
Previous experience as a Legal Secretary/PA is a must and if you don't have a background in Art & Luxury then Corporate, Commercial, IP or Litigation is ideal.
