Salary: £56,000

Working as an integral part of the team, this Legal Secretary/PA role sits within the firm's much heralded Investment Management department. Supporting the Head of Department and around 5 other Fee Earners this role is busy but rewarding, with a high degree of involvement and a great group around you for support.
A background in Investment/Asset Management or Funds would be ideal, however, a strong Corporate, Banking or Finance experience will also be considered along with having supported your own allocation.
Duties include:
- Extensive diary management
- Arranging travel and prepare travel itineraries
- Email management and E-filing
- Deal with telephone calls (to include screening calls; taking accurate and detailed messages; passing on messages promptly)
- Process new business intake requests and AML clearance, ensuring all clients and matters are AML cleared
- Billing
- Time entry, answer phones and take messages, schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Use of InterAction database to support business development
- Book seminars/conferences and maintain CPD records for fee earners in line with SRA requirements
- Delegating tasks to the Junior Legal PA and also providing guidance/mentoring them
