As a Legal PA you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of matters, managing key stakeholder relationships and providing first‑class support to fee earners in a busy and interesting environment.
The Role
- Managing busy and complex diaries, coordinating meetings, travel arrangements and acting as a key point of contact for lawyers and clients.
- Supporting the full matter lifecycle, including client onboarding, compliance processes, conflict checks, KYC and matter management activities.
- Assisting with billing, financial administration, expenses, disbursements and credit control processes.
- Coordinating business development initiatives, events and CRM management to support client relationship activities.
- Collaborating with internal support teams to ensure work is delivered efficiently and to the highest standard.

- Previous experience in a Legal PA, Team Assistant or professional services support role, ideally within a law firm.
