An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal PA to join a highly regarded Family team in the City. Supporting senior fee earners on complex, high-value matters, you'll work with an impressive client base in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
The Role
- Providing comprehensive PA and administrative support to a busy legal team
- Diary and inbox management, meeting and travel coordination
- Preparing legal documents, court bundles and correspondence
- Client and matter onboarding, AML/KYC compliance and file management
- Billing, expenses and financial administration
- Liaising with clients, counsel, courts and third parties
The Candidate
- At least 3 years' Legal PA experience within a contentious area of law (Family experience preferred)
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and case management systems
- Professional, proactive and able to thrive in a busy, high-performing team
