Legal Secretary - Employment

Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days in office)
Salary: Up to £50,000
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:30am-5:30pm (flexibility required)

We're working with a leading international law firm seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to support their Employment team in London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded global practice, supporting Partners and Associates in a collaborative and professional environment.


The Role

Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to Partners and the wider team, managing diaries, meetings, and client matters efficiently. The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full secretarial and administrative support to Partners and Associates.

  • Manage complex diaries, travel, and meeting arrangements.

  • Liaise with clients and colleagues across global offices.

  • Assist with billing, financial reporting, and matter management.

  • Prepare and edit legal documents and correspondence.

  • Support client onboarding, KYC, and conflict checks.

  • Coordinate client events and training sessions with the BD team.

  • Maintain business development systems and client extranets.


About You
  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within Labour & Employment or a similar area.
