Salary: £50-55,000

One of London's most respected independent law firms is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join its renowned Dispute Resolution team. This is a rare opportunity to support the Head of Department and another key Partner in a fast‑paced, relationship‑driven practice known for quality and their genuine people‑first culture.
You'll slot into a tight, friendly, can‑do Legal PA/EA team (Team Leader + four excellent assistants) where everyone works hard, supports each other and enjoys what they do.
Responsibilities
- Acting as a trusted right‑hand to two Partners owning diaries, inboxes, logistics, and anticipating what they need before they know it themselves.
- Managing complex billing, compliance, WIP and financial admin with confidence, accuracy and autonomy.
- Delivering seamless coordination of meetings, travel, BD activities, events and client interactions.
- Running key operational processes, introducing best practice, and being a true ambassador internally and externally.
- Handling fast‑paced demands with calm efficiency from minute‑taking to project support and everything in between.
